We are just over a mile from the picturesque market town of Castle Cary. We also have our own nature reserve, complete with a comfortable bird hide. Whether you want to spend time exploring the local countryside or visit Somerset's many attractions, Orchard Farm Cottages provides an ideal base.

Tregoning Manor is an early 18th Century Cornish Farmhouse on the Lizard Peninsula. It is built on the site of an old Cistercian Monastery, some ruins of which are still visible today.
The property and its two cottages are beautifully set in 10 acres on the outskirts of St.Keverne. There is a stream running through the grounds with a small waterfall, a millpond and an old clapper bridge. We live in the main house, so are on hand to help if you have any problems.
The Lizard Peninsula, a largely undiscovered treasure, is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Lovely beaches, dramatic cliff walks and the romantic Helford River.
Historic houses and gardens, family attractions, galleries and good restaurants are within easy reach.
