The Algarve, situated at the Southern end of Portugal ia an absolutely charming region with a climate to match. It has many beautiful long golden sandy beaches with crystal clear waters interspersed with grottoes and craggy cliffs. Pretty villages dot the landscape with their white-washed houses.

The climate is particularly ideal for playing golf and the region is home to some of the world's most famous golf courses, where players of all ability are welcome. But golf is not the only activity available, you may also try your hand at bowls or tennis and many water sports are also on offer.

Albufeira is the tourist capital of the Algarve and is well worth a visit. It boasts many golden beaches, golf courses, great restaurants and a lively nightlife.
