Welcome to Logis de la Croix. We are located in the the picturesquevillage of Gibourne in the southwest region of France. We have developed the 17th French century farm house and attached barns into four individual gites, ( holiday cottages) along side our own houses. All of our gites from the 2 bedroom cottage up to the large 4 bedroom homes, which are spacious enough for 2 families to share, have been designed to ensure a relaxed and comfortable holiday.
A traditional French village untouched by modern times, peaceful and tranquil, surrounded by rolling farm land. The pretty town of Matha is only a 5 minute drive away across open country side. and vine yards

Standing in the grounds of an early nineteenth century Charentaise farmhouse, the pretty stone buildings bordering the courtyard were formerly a cottage with adjoining stables and hayloft.
L'Hirondelle, a characterful gite is approached via a wide path from the car park, has a feeling of spaciousness as you enter through large French doors into an atrium which rises from a tiled floor with decorative frieze up to exposed original roof timbers and a galleried landing.

The gites, each with it's own character, are on three different sides of our gardened courtyard.
