The villa is owned and was designed by a paraplegic and is totally wheelchair friendly so the accommodation is available for both disabled and able bodied guests.

• The main bedroom has a king size bed at a height of 60cm
  a walk in wardrobe and drawers for storage
  the main shower room has a wheel in shower with a fuld down seat
  the toilet has a grab rail for transfers
  
  
• Bedroom two has twin single beds at a height of 55cm
  a large built in wardrobe for storage
  the en-suite shower room has a wheel in shower
  there is also a toilet and sink
  
  
• Bedroom three has twin single beds at a height of 55cm
  a large built in wardrobe for storage
  the en-suite shower room has a wheel in shower
  there is a toilet and sink.
  
  
• The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, electric oven, microwave and gas hob.
  
  
• The lounge is equipped with 28" widescreen satellite TV, DVD player, Sky freeview package included.
  It also has a 3 seater settee and a 2 seater sofa bed
  
  
• The dining room has table and chairs to seat six people.
  
  
• Air-conditioning is optional.
  

The pool is 10m by 5m, uses a salt chlorination system which is a more comfortable environment to swim in than chlorine.
A hoist is available and can be used with either sling or chair arrangement.

Casa da Eira is set in the heart of the Algarve. Located between the towns of Loule and Almancil and is a short 20 minute journey from Faro airport.
Just 10 minutes by car to the beautiful sandy beach of Quarteira with it's restaurants and bars, there are also golf courses and water parks nearby.

Quarteira
Located next to the famous resort of Vilamoura, Quarteira has grown since the 1960s from a small fishing village to a major tourist location.
During the summer season the long open beach and the promenade with its shops and restaurants is quite busy.
The market hall offers the catch of the day from the Atlantic Ocean and a good choice of other fresh local products.
Every Wednesday a local fair attracts people from all over the region

Vilamoura
Vilamoura is one of the largest single tourist complexes in Europe, covering an area of almost 2.000 ha of land.
The sports and leisure facilities include 4 golf courses, a large marina, a lawn bowling club, a tennis centre, a shooting club, a private airstrip and a riding school. It also offers an international casino and several night clubs.

Almancil
Almancil boasts an excellent selection of restaurants offering local specialities and international cuisine.
Here you will also find exclusive interior decorators and furnishing shops, many real estate offices and top food & beverage shops.
The nearby church of São Lourenco is worth a visit with its interior covered with 18th century ceramic tiles.
You also find there an interesting little Cultural Centre open to the public with art exhibitions and musical events.

Loule
Loulé has a weekly fair is attracting tourists from all along the Algarve.
The annual Carnival in February is considered one of the best in Portugal.
An earth quake in 1755 destroyed, like in most other towns in the Algarve, most of the historic buildings. and today you can only see some remains of the Arab castle and the Gothic Church of S. Clemente
