Park View is at a short walking distance to all places of interest in Bologna, a city that, by tradition, extends a welcome to all those who come for holidays, work or study.
When in Bologna, you can visit Museums, monuments, exhibitions, play golf, take a cookery course, sample the food in one of the many "trattoria" in town or even visit the Ferrari's and the Ducati's Factories and museums, as they are open to the public nearly every day.
Bologna, the largest railway centre in Italy, allows you to reach by train, all the Italian cities that you have always wanted to see but felt that perhaps, they are just too overtaken by tourists.
Bologna, often described as "the best kept secret in Italy", manages to keep very much its own distinctive Italian characther, visitors
seem to blend in without effecting your feeling to be truly living in an italian city and joining in in the real italian life style
Bologna is also known as The Learned, because of having the oldest University in Europe and The Plentiful for its internationally famous excellent food and cuisine; it is also well known for its good quality of life, for the nice and welcoming people, for the relaxed life style.
It is easy to get to know the whole city because it is not too big, all place of interest are easily reachable and quickly you’ll be able to move around quite naturally.
It is a very charming place and the magnificently preserved inner city centre is dotted all around with churches, piazzas and ornated ochre and red palazzos.
Bologna is a truly beautiful city, amongst the loveliest Italian ones and it is also quite unique with its over 40 kilometres of old porticoes where you can walk summer and winter sheltered from any weather
Bologna has the cultural life of a much larger place with a vast number of exhibitions and cultural events to choose from and this, obviously, also makes for a very lively night life
All in all you’ll find it an excellent choice for any short breaks.
