Holiday Farmhouse Ideal for Le Mans, St Georges sur Erve, France

Both the house and gite are normally booked together but can be booked separately. The House is totally isolated from the Gite. Air conditioning providing cooling and heating is also included for your comfort. Each has satellite TV (BBC, ITV, FILM4 etc), DVD player and a collection of books and games to relax with. A WIFI internet link also available for PCs, iPads, netbooks an laptops.

You can also book the House and Gite together with a 20% discount, ideal for a family or group visiting Le Mans, etc.

Main House Accommodation
The House is ideal for a family with up 4 children plus a baby.

• The house has a large double bedroom upstairs with oak beams and a large king-size bed and 2 single beds in same room
  
• The small bedroom upstairs contains two single beds
  
• The bedrooms can comfortably accommodate five people, ideal for a family or group visiting Le Mans etc
  
• The main bedroom has a wardrobe and set of drawers
  
• A single bed or cot is also available in the same room
  
• Upstairs there is also an adjoining shower room with a wash basin, wc and a wall heater.
  
  
• Downstairs leads you to a large kitchen/diner room and a separate lounge.
  
• A split level front door leads you into the kitchen/dining area with a gas cooker, sink, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble-dryer
  
• The dining table has seating for six people
  
• There is also a double bed/settee in the lounge for extra guests or family which gives a maximum accommodation of 7
  
• Air conditioning and heating is included in the kitchen and lounge areas.
  

Gite Accommodation
The Gite is ideal for either 2 couples perhaps with a child or a family with 3 children.

• A split level door leads you into the comfortable lounge/dining area with traditional terracotta floor tiles
  
• Air conditioning provides cooling and heating (charges may apply in extreme temperatures).
  
• Behind the lounge/diner there is a kitchen area with a gas cooker, sink and fridge.
  
• Iron and ironing board

  Gite Bedrooms
  
• Upstairs is a pleasantly decorated and carpeted bedroom with an en-suite shower-room.
  
• You have a comfortable double bed and single bed (in same room).
  
• The en-suite shower room is tastefully decorated with a large shower, WC, heater and washbasin.
  
• Downstairs is a second pleasantly decorated and carpeted bedroom with an en-suite shower-room.
  
• You have a comfortable double bed (can be replaced by double bunk bed).
  
• Cot, baby bath, and high-chair also provided.
  
• The en-suite shower room is tastefully decorated with a large shower, WC and washbasin
  

We have a garden in the front of the house and other areas where you can relax in and enjoy the views. Tables and chairs are provided together with loungers. A BBQ is available with outdoor lights. Try your hand at archery with our longbow and practice target.

We also provide B&B for those holidaymakers travelling South, exploring or house-hunting. This is a perfect place for both vacations and longer term lets where people are looking for their own place in France.
