Accommodation (Self Catering Farm Cottage, sleeps: 5)
Relax, unwind and enjoy the pretty gardens and the lovely views of the surrounding area.
The farm is in a quiet rural area with sweeping views of the Barrow Valley and Estuary, and it has been in Patricia’s family (nee Warren) for many generations.
We have five cottages on the farm, all of which are quite different, and each has its own distinctive character.
Four cottages ~
Dairy Cottage (sleeps 4),
Doyle’s Cottage (sleeps 4),
Horseshoe Cottage (sleeps 4)
The Coach House (sleeps 4) ~ are grouped around a large prizewinning courtyard garden,
and the fifth one ~
Granary Cottage (sleeps 5) ~ luxuriates in its own private richly planted garden.
Each cottage has:
- a modern kitchen, equipped to the highest standards, with electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, coffee maker etc
- All have colour TV, DVD, Radio/CD Player.
- They have oil-fired central heating and a wood-burning stove.
- Cot and highchair available on request
- Each cottage has a private patio with garden furniture and barbeque
- Bed Linen and Towels are provided
Locality (close to: New Ross)
We are located less than 1 hours drive from Rosslare Harbour, with Cork and Dublin 2 hours away. Waterford (Crystal), Wexford and Kilkenny are about 25 miles away. Sandy beaches and fishing harbours of the Hook Peninsula stretch southwards, with the Blue Flag beach at Duncannon 8 miles away.
The village of Whitechurch is small and quiet and makes an ideal base for exploring the South Eastern corner of Ireland.
New Ross is 6 miles away and has shops, restaurants and Irish music pubs.
Northwards are the Blackstairs Mountains, river valleys and Wicklow’s Avoca also known as TV's Ballykissangel !
The Hook Peninsula, with its rocky coastline, small, safe, sandy beaches and fishing harbours stretches southwards
Within 2 miles of the cottages there is the extensive J.F.Kennedy Arboretum and the Kennedy Homestead, as well as golf and horse-riding.
The Viking towns of Wexford and Waterford (the home of Waterford Crystal) are within 25 miles. Kilkenny city, the medieval capital of Ireland, and now the crafts capital, is a similar distance away.
A little over 2 hours driving gets you to Cork or Dublin.

Tariff Range: from 265 to 590 EUR per week
Tariff Ranges are Per Cottage, Per Week
Doyle's Cottage......... - 295 - 590 euros per week
Granary Cottage....... - 295 - 590 euros per week
Horseshoe Cottage... - 295 - 590 euros per week
Dairy Cottage............ - 265 - 560 euros per week
Coach House............ - 265 - 560 euros per week
Rental week normally runs from 3 pm Saturday to 10 am on the following Saturday
Prices include Bed linen and Towels

PAYMENT :
Deposit is Euro 95 per week, per cottage
Balance Payment is due six weeks before the start of your holiday.
If this payment is not received we will assume that the reservation is cancelled
We accept VISA and MasterCard
CANCELLATIONS:
We only charge a nominal deposit of €95 per week, which is non-refundable.
The balance is paid 6 weeks before your holiday begins, which allows very little time for re-letting the cottage if there is a cancellation. If full payment has been made, a refund of 75% will be made, when we are able to re-let the cottage
