All our cottages come fully and tastefully furnished and equipped with everything required to make your holiday a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Locality (close to: Witheridge)
Situated just outside the village of Witheridge, some 12 miles from Tiverton, Devon, Newhouse Farm is completely rural.
In the centre of the Devon Heartland and set amidst unspoilt countryside Newhouse Farm offers a sense of incomparable peace and unrivalled tranquillity from the moment you arrive. It is an enchanting region of the county with many wooded valleys associated with the path of the Little Dart River, and some of the most spectacular scenery.
Whatever the season, visitors can relax in the midst of 23 acres of flower-filled meadows and woodland. Footpaths wind steeply down to the river and lake, offering quiet corners and picnic spots. The land is not actively farmed and thus free from pesticides and artificial fertilisers and has an abundance of wildlife - including the resident badgers, barn owls and red deer.
Devonshire Heartland provides some of the finest walking and cycling in the South West of England via a network of dedicated footpaths and quiet country lanes. If all this is not enough to keep you entertained, then our location within the county means that it is easy motoring to the North and South Devon coastal regions and to Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks. Should you feel a little more adventurous then golf, horse riding, tennis, fishing and the excitement of all terrain quad bikes and go-carts are all within easy reach. In fact, Newhouse
Farm is ideally situated for exploring the whole of Devon.

Tariff Information
Tariff Range: from 250 to 1650 GBP per week
All prices are quoted per cottage in English Pounds (£)
Weekly bookings commence on a Saturday and the prices below are shown for the week starting on that Saturday.
Short breaks of three nights may start on any day - price on request .
Weekly tariff ranges are as follows:
- Beech ............. £425 - £750
- Cedar ............. £275 - £400
- Larch ............. £425 - £750
- Willow ............ £500 - £875
- Oak ............... £250 - £400
- Rowan ............. £500 - £875
- Elm ............... £950 - £1650
- Trotters .......... £600 - £995
- The Linhay ........ £750 - £1095
A 30%, non-returnable, deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance remaining payable six weeks prior to date of arrival. If the booking is made less than six weeks prior to the start date of your holiday, then payment is required in full at the time of booking.
We also require, at the time of booking, a security deposit of £100 against breakages, excess cleaning or damages. This will be returned to you, in full, within 14 days of the end of your holiday if no loss, damage or additional cleaning is incurred.
