Our apartments are furnished to a high standard of comfort and cleanliness and offer marvellous sea views.
All have

Some apartments have extra facilities; our Beachside apartments, for example, have laminated floors and are now non-smoking.
All apartments have their own external or internal entrances and are positioned on the ground, first and second floors. All except one are reachable by a lift (lift internal size W66cm x D73cm). For larger parties some of our apartments can comfortably sleep twelve. Booking these early is essential. We have our own private car park with an electric security gate & launderette.
Locality (close to: Torcross)
The surrounding region has a multitude of attractions to offer either individuals, groups partners or families plenty of scope for endless days out.
We are lucky in Devon to enjoy extremely varied inland and coastal terrain. Dartmoor is only a half hour drive away and aside from exploring the moorland there are numerous unique attractions...
England's highest waterfall at Canonteign and the picturesque Becky Falls are both within easy driving distance.
If it's wildlife you'd like to see, the Nature Reserve of Slapton Ley is only a short walk away; or if you have the car, Paignton Zoo or the National Marine Aquarium (England's largest and Europe's deepest) in Plymouth are well worth the visit.
However, if it's higher octane thrills you're after, we have numerous kart racing circuits and adventure parks in the area catering for all the little and big kids alike! We can also arrange a days paintballing in the South West's largest paintball arena.
For all you water babies, the beach is only a step away from your apartments and there is also the large adventure water park in Paignton, only a short drive away.
We keep details and information on all the local attractions, so if it's a day out you'd prefer to a day on the beach, a member of staff will be able to point you in the right direction!

Short Break Specials
No short breaks available from July 14th to September 22th
From September 22nd to July 12th 2008 (excluding bank holidays, School holidays & peak weeks as highlighted with an asterisk *) Any part weeks 3-4 days during peak weeks will be ¾ of the weekly price.

Linen Pack Hire
There are two levels of service: 12-00 per person per week with linen supplied only, leaving you to make the beds or £15-00 per person per week with beds made up on arrival. This service includes bed linen and two towels per person. Please include your linen order on the booking form; we regret we cannot guarantee linen, if not ordered on the booking form.
Cots and high chairs
We have a few available; please order at time of booking, £15-00 per item per week. We regret we cannot guarantee cots or high chairs will be available, if not ordered on the booking form.
