Accommodation (Self Catering Cottage, sleeps: 5)
We are confident that you will be impressed by the standard of our accommodation. All our holiday homes are fully equipped and maintained to exacting standards. Linen is provided and beds are made up ready for your arrival. We also provide towels. Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Snowdrop Sleeps 2 to 4 people
- A first floor apartment with sea and countryside views. Snowdrop has a well equpped kitchen with electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
- The lounge/dining room has a bedsettee and colour TV with DVD player.
- There is one bedroom with a double bed.
- Shower room.

Poppy Sleeps 2 to 3 people
- Poppy is on the ground floor. It has a kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge and microwave, within the open plan lounge/dining room.
- The lounge has a bedsettee and colour TV with DVD player (new since the picture!)
- The bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. There is also a double bedsettee in the lounge.
- Central heating is included in the price.
Garden Cottage for 2 people
- A delightfully cosy little studio style cottage, tucked away in a quiet corner of the garden.
- The whole cottage was recently completely refurbished.
- Central heating is included in the price
- Colour TV with DVD player.
- The kitchen is very well equipped, including an electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
- The double bed is in a curtained alcove which adjoins the lounge and there is a shower room

There are many excellent tourist attractions for both children and adults within easy driving distance of Berry Park.
"The Big Sheep" and "The Milky Way" provide popular family days out.
For those who enjoy sports, there is a choice of indoor swimming pools, "golf courses", horse riding, tennis & squash at various venues. Water sports and fishing are available at several places along the coast as well as at the Tamar Lakes.
The famous fishing village of "Clovelly" is a short drive away and day trips to Lundy and fishing and diving trips on the Jessica Hettie are available from there. In addition to the diversity of it's landscape, the area also plays host to a wonderful selection of fine gardens.
RHS Rosemoor is 45 Minutes drive away and a visit can be combined with a trip to the Dartington Crystal Factory. Other gardens nearby are at Hartland Abbey, Clovelly Court, "Docton Mill", Tapeley Park and Marwood Hill.
