Umbria Holiday Villa, Todi, Italy

Villa la Torriola is on the hill just in front of the medieval town of Todi, reported as "ideal city" by an american university research.
The villa has only 5 self catering apartments:this guarantees quietness, tranquillity and an excellent quality of life, also in peak season.
We are in a 8 hectares secluded property with own production of wine, olive oil, honey. An organic kitchengarden is available for the guests, to allow them to pick by themselves tasty and wealthy fresh vegetables.
Among the amenities: garden (over 3000 sq. metres) with patio and corner for kids, pool,hot tube, hidrobikes, birdwatching, ping pong,soccer table, crossbow archery, barbecue, laundry room and meeting rooms.
The three-roomed apartments are about 70 sq. m., on two levels, furnished with carefully chosen material. All the wood components were made to measure by a craftsman-artist and have been treated exclusively with environmental-friendly products. Own access to a private portion of garden, for alfresco dining.
The villa is surrounded by woods, hills and olive groves, and a series of comfortable paths ("the circuits of landscape") start just outside the gate.
In the meantime we are in the ideal location to reach easily all the main sites of Umbria and Toscana and be back for a relaxing massage or a swim before dinner.Assisi, Orvieto and Perugia are at about half an hour drive.
Villa la Torriola is a place "out of it all", but you can find supermarket, banks, post office and train station within 2,5/3 km.
Under request we can cater home made meals, with local recipes (such as lasagne al tartufo, cannelloni, pasticcio, focaccia).
