Le Pech is a relaxed and informal bed and breakfast. We really want you to have a great holiday and enjoy this part of France as much as we do. No matter how long your stay remember to make yourself at home and please follow our only rule “to have a good time”.

There are two double rooms with shared shower room, also a family room with ensuite at Le Pech.

We provide a continental breakfast with fresh eggs from our chickens appropriately named scrambled, fried, poached and boiled. Evening meals can be provided if required.

Tea and coffee facilities are in the kitchen, please help yourself (Gary has one sugar, Lisa a sweetener).

The indoor games room has table-tennis, darts and an assortment of board games.

We have 2 ½ acres at Le Pech. The salt water swimming pool is 10m x 5m with a solar shower. There is a seating area/terrace beside the pool for when the temperatures get too high. Also an excellent BBQ area and a fridge freezer for self-catering needs.
There are two adult mountain bikes and a variety of outdoor games, including a petanque area. We are HOG members and welcome motorcyclists. We have secure bike parking.

Locality (close to: Bourg de Visa)

Situated in the TARN ET GARONNE region of SOUTH WEST FRANCE, South of the DORDOGNE and North of the GERS, near the rivers LOT and DORDOGNE.

The landscape is greener than other typical holiday areas. If you are walking, cycling riding or just enjoying the view the terrain is a mixture of rolling hills, wide valleys, small farms, and pretty market villages. Visiting the Lot valley, where there are few main roads and almost no traffic, takes you back to a rural England of 30 years ago yet with all things French that so many of us dream of.

There are an abundance of local markets with cafes and restaurants to suit all tastes and pockets. The local region is famous for its Cahor wine, you can visit a local vineyard or châteaux and taste before you buy.

We have superb local facilities including tennis, golf, cycling and rambling. Also many lakes for fishing, swimming and canoeing.

We have a temperate CLIMATE with mild Winters, long mostly sunny Spring and Autumn seasons and Summers are pleasantly warm - though it can be very hot, 25 to 30 degrees or more are typical summer temperatures.
