Talehay is situated a mile from the village of Pelynt, Looe, Cornwall, amidst delightful unspoilt open countryside and approached down a quiet lane. The magnificent Cornish coastline with its secluded sandy coves and breath taking views are only 3 miles away.
The ancient fishing port of Looe has a large sandy beach bordered by a promenade and distinctive Banjo shaped pier. The hub of the town is the busy working harbour with fish landed and sold on the market daily.
There is a good selection of pubs, cafés, restaurants, shops, banks and building societies.
Polperro's streets are a tangle of former fishermens and smugglers cottages leading to the working harbour, small shops and a good selection of pubs and restaurants.
We are an ideal touring base, all year round, to get away from the pressures of everyday life, where you can relax and recharge the batteries in the peace and quiet of the Cornish countryside.
