This luxury apartment is on the ground floor and forms part of a new urban development. The complex of 30 two bedroom apartments or duplexes has been cleverly created with its own gated and covered parking area and attractive landscaped communal gardens to the front and rear. The Art Deco architecture of the area is reflected by interesting horizontally banded window patterns and two-tone brickwork.
It was an entry in the Ealing Civic Society 2002 Awards.
This apartment was completed in October 2001 and has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout in attractive colour schemes. The apartment covers 57 sq. m. and is very efficiently planned. The whole effect is one of light and space - with maple doors and chrome fittings.
All heating and hot water is by electricity with modern systems to achieve the best efficiency levels.
The apartment is inspected annually by VisitEngland and has been assessed as Four Stars at its recent inspection in 2010.
This apartment has low thresholds, low switches, big dial phone and is very disabled friendly.
Features:
- Entry to the complex is by video entryphone – then via carpeted communal areas to the front door of the apartment.
- Double windows flood the large lounge with light. Here two sofas, coffee table, dining table and chairs provide a comfortable environment in which to relax.
- Cable TV, video and a DVD/MP3 player are all provided.
- For the summer months an air conditioning unit situated in the lounge takes care of temperature and humidity.
- The well designed kitchen with a window and natural light is fitted with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, oven with hob and extractor - a chance to cook and yet to entertain your guests without missing out on the conversation.
An electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster are there as well as all the cutlery, glassware, china and cooking utensils that you could possibly need.
- The main bedroom has twin beds and its own en-suite bathroom with WC and shower.
- The second bedroom has a double bed and guests here would use the family bathroom that has WC, wash hand basin and bath with hand held shower.
- Both bedrooms have pleasant outlooks over the communal rear gardens
- The rental includes all linens and towels.
- A hairdryer, iron and ironing board are also provided.
- The apartment is serviced weekly when bedlinens and towels are changed
- The apartment is double-glazed throughout with triple glazing to the front facing rooms.
- Telephone for incoming and outgoing calls – outgoing calls are charged.
Free Wifi Broadband access.
Several email cafes and a library are also located nearby.

It has a new I+Plus Help screen system in many areas of the borough for travel planning, weather, news and events and short emails. The Arts are well represented with the local Questors Theatre, two theatres in Richmond and more in Hammersmith. There is an Arts Centre in Brentford that presents a very varied programme.
