The panoramic sea view is simply spectacular and looks out to the French Alps (snow covered in winter), Bay of Cannes and the Islands of Lerins with the Esterel mountains in the background.

Theoule-sur-Mer is a delightfully picturesque small town/large village and is situated about 6 kilometers from Cannes.
The coast road through Theoule connects directly to St Tropez and is one of the most stunningly beautiful coastal roads in the region.

Nearby are many excellent restaurants, 3 golf courses, most watersports and the beach (1km).

Nice airport (25 mins), Monte Carlo and St Tropez (45 mins), Cannes (15 mins), Mougins (15 mins).

For Short Breaks out of Season Rentals:-
You can stay for as many or as few nights as you want.
Get a party of eight together and with specially negotiated rates you can stay for as little as £20 per night per person.
For short breaks - take advantage of cheap midweek fares.

We will accept payment in Euros or Pounds sterling.
