Warmhill Farm is mentioned in the Doomsday Book and is still a working farm, breeding mainly Pedigree Ayrshire cattle along with some rare breeds.

The personal and dedicated approach of Libby & Brian to their animals is reflected in the conversion of the 15th Century Barn which is Tourist board inspected with a 4 star grading, it is relaxing and cool in summer, warm and inviting in winter and comfortable and unique all year round.

The farmhouse is a large 16th-century barn conversion with thatched roof, exposed beams, granite stairs and many other old features remaining. It has spacious rooms which are all comfortably furnished in keeping with the character of the property.

Visitors are free to walk over the farm which has an abundance of wildlife and beautiful views while children are encouraged to help with the animals and the milking.

Locality (close to: Hennock)

Warmhill Farm is nestled in the South Devon countryside on the slopes of the Teign Valley in probably one of the most beautiful and enchanting areas of the West Country.

It is located in Hennock, a small rural village with its pub, school and ancient Church is a 10 minute walk up ‘Easy Lane’ so called because it is a short cut to the village. Bovey Tracey, known as the ‘Gateway to the Moor’, with its shops, pubs, restaurants, swimming pool, and other visitor attractions (notably the House of Marbles and the Devon Guild of Craftsmen) is about 2 miles as is Canonteign Falls, reputedly the highest waterfalls in England.

The beaches at Dawlish and Teignmouth are within 7 miles, Exeter is 12 miles and the beautiful, unspoilt South Devon coast between Brixham and Plymouth is easily accessible.

The wilds of Dartmoor with its excellent walking and riding are nearby and for those wanting more excitement. Torquay is about 12 miles away.

For Golfers of all abilities there are at least five golf courses within a 1/2 hours drive
