  The pool pump room houses an extra fridge freezer and a barbecue.
  
  The villa is equipped with air conditioning which can cool in the summer and can also heat in the winter, making this ideal for year round bookings.
  

BEACHES
There is a beach situated on Cumbre del Sol which is approximately 2 minutes drive away. The sandy beaches of Moraria and El Portet are only 10 minutes drive away and there are also fabulous beaches to be found at Javea (approximately 20 minutes drive), Denia (30 minutes drive) and Benidorm (30 minutes drive).

GOLF
There are many stunning golf courses within easy reach of this villa - Javea, which is a beautiful established old style golf course and La Sella (near Denia) which has recently hosted a women's professional golf tournament. There are also two excellent courses in Benidorm and a host of others. We would be delighted to give you more details should you require this and tee times can be arranged with prior notice.

OTHER ATTRACTIONS
The picturesque town of Moraira has a beautiful beach and marina and many excellent bars and restaurants. Benidorm is home to the Costa Blanca's best attractions for children and adults alike - Terra Mitica is a theme park with spectacular roller coasters and other rides, Aqualandia has many amazing water slides and pools and MundoMar has a wide variety of sea life (including dolphins and sealions). The beautiful old town of Denia has fantastic shops, restaurants and bars
