Welcome to Marston, an Edwardian Gentleman's Villa, situated on Burlington Chine, and now thoughtfully converted into three modern and comfortable self catering apartments, currently awarded 2* by ETC.
The bright and spacious accommodation is ideally situated for both family holidays or out of season breaks, with all requirements catered for.

All Flats

• The three self catering flats have been completely refurbished and are comfortably furnished to make your stay as relaxing as possible.
  
• All towels and linen are provided free of charge (except beach towels) and we have cots and high chairs to make life that little bit easier with young children.
  
• You will find a selection of books, videos, games and DVDs for you to enjoy if the weather is uncharacteristically inclement, and we can now offer a new laundry facility for all guests.
  
• The fully equipped kitchens have all you need for a self catering holiday, and the large and comfortable lounges give ample room for you to relax after a hard day on the beach.
  
• Soft and fluffy towels and bath time extras can be found in the clean white bathrooms and when it is time for bed the double and twin bedded rooms are both comfortable and inviting for rest.
  
• All the usual entertainment facilities are provided; TV, CD and DVD players plus a new encrypted Wi-Fi system to enable you to keep in contact with family, friends and work even while you are away.
  
• Unfortunately there is limited outside space but the added bonus is that there is off-street parking allocation for all three flats – a must in Swanage!
  

Flat 1 (sleeps 4)

• on the first floor overlooking the quiet Burlington Road; with the evening sunshine bathing the lounge and bedroom with a warm glow, it is ideal to enjoy a quiet holiday
  
• The flat is fully equipped for up to four guests and is the most spacious of the apartments
  

Flat 2 (sleeps 6)

• on the top floor it has the most wonderful views to the Isle of Wight and Ballard Down - always something to see – an ever changing vista.
  
• A modern, recently fitted kitchen has all you require for a self catering holiday; fridge freezer, microwave, and cooker.
  
• The roomy bathroom has bath with electric power shower.
  
• The light and airy lounge / diner is set in the eves of the house looking out to sea.
  
• It has dining table and chairs, comfortable seating, colour TV, video and DVD player, radio and CD player.
  
• Bedroom one is a double room
  bedroom two is a ‘family’ room having a double bed with single bunk over and a further single bed.
  Both rooms have a vanity unit and plenty of storage.
  
• The heating in flat two is wall mounted electric heaters with timers for pre-setting.
  

Flat 3 (sleeps 4)

• great sea views – who wouldn’t want to sit in bed with a cup of tea watching the sun rise over the sea?
  
• The kitchen and bathroom have both been recently refitted with all modern facilities,
  
• the spacious lounge has a double sofa bed, dining area, comfortable seating, TV, video and DVD player, and views across to the Isle of Wight.
  
• Bedroom one has a double bed and a single bed
  bedroom two has a single bed
  Both have sea views.
