Tariff Information

Tariff Range: from 150 to 200 GBP per week

Cleaning / Washing Charges of 55Euros paid to local agent.
Security Fee of £100 which is refundable after inspection of the apartment and return of the key.
A deposit of £100 is required at the time of the booking.
The balance of the accommodation costs plus the £100 Security Fee is payable not later than one calendar month prior to departure.

Airport Pick up
Don't want to drive whilst on holiday?
Arriving late at night and not sure where you are going? No Problem!
We can arrange to meet your flight at the airport, even it it arrives at 4.00 am in the morning, and take you straight to the apartment. Airport transfers can be pre-booked from either Alicante or Murcia Airports, and prices start from €40 each way, depending on the size of the party (large parties will incur additional costs as additional vehicles may be required).
