Our luxurious Bed and Breakfast is family run and boasts 17 luxurious en-suite bedrooms.
We are situated in a quiet peaceful location on Countess Road, only 3 minutes walk from Killarney town centre.
The house is tastefully decorated throughout and contains many interesting features.
All guestrooms are spacious, en-suite with television and tea/coffee making facilities.

The house is situated in a quiet peaceful location on Countess Road, only 3 minutes walk from Killarney town centre and en route to the Ring of Kerry, Muckross House, Killarney National Park & The Gap of Dunloe. It is the perfect base for touring 'The Ring of Kerry',Kenmare,Dingle and 'The Beara Ring'.With the town at its doorstep one can explore the many shops,restaurants and pubs.
Countess House has 17 bedrooms all en suite with tv and tea/coffee making facilities. One can sit and relax in our lovely guest sitting room overlooking our front garden. Rose and Tomas your hosts give a warm and friendly welcome and excellent service throughout your stay and they like their guests to treat their home like 'A Home Away From Home.'
