Four luxurious self catering apartment/cottages are located in an old Quinta in the central Algarve, Portugal offering accommodation from 2 to 13 people.
The rustic property is south facing and is set in beautiful Algarvian countryside overlooking the town of Loule with panoramic sea views and spectacular gardens!

The Quintassential Holiday apartment cottages are 4 accommodations in the Central Algarve all with sea views, equipped, furnished & decorated to very high standards 15 minutes from the airport. The apartment cottages can be let individually or together for large parties and cater from 2–13 people.

The property occupies an acre of hilltop set in breathtaking Algarvian countryside in total peace & tranquillity & overlooks the market town of Loulé.

Parts of the Quinta date back to mid 19th Century and are divided up into 4 apartment cottages:

• one large 2 bed apartment cottage:- Orange
  
• 2 newer 1 bed apartment cottages:- Lemon and Carob
  
• a rustic duplex cottage:- Casa do Forno
  
  
• All have their own separate entrances, own kitchens, private south-facing sun terraces & Bar-B-Q areas
  
• All have been furnished to a very high standard with cane and pine furniture
  
• During the winter months, heating is included in the tariffs.
  
  
• The gardens are marvellous with many bushes, plants & fruit trees, along with quiet areas to relax and absorb the views
  
• There is a large pool area & the added bonus of a hot tub & from October until the end of April the pool is heated
  
• From spring 2008 there is also a children’s play area set amidst an orange grove.
  

Quintassential occupies an acre of hilltop, totally fenced and accessed via electric gates 15 minutes from Faro International Airport and the coast and a 5 minute drive north of Loule Town. This is an idyllic holiday destination for those who enjoy the tranquillity of a rural setting yet still wish to maintain easy access to Loule and the rest of the Algarve.

Loulé is a remarkably authentic country town, with locals going about their business in the daily covered market and is one of the oldest towns in the region situated 18 km (11 miles) north west of Faro, in the foothills of the Algarve mountains. It has a busy centre with a colourful and bustling Saturday morning market, which is famous amongst the locals and holidaymakers. The market has an excellent selection of fruit and vegetables, and fresh fish every day.

Beaches:

• The coast of the Algarve is famous for the beauty and variety of its beaches. To the West, they most take the form of small and often scenic sandy coves at the foot of tall cliffs. In the East from Quarteira onwards, there are fine flat sandy beaches stretching for many kilometres along the coast and often empty.
  
  
• Albufeira - this lovely town beach gets packed in the holiday season
  
• Praia de Falesia - the longest beach in the area, although narrow - Suitable for children
  
• Quarteira - good sandy beach with safe swimming for children
  
• Vale do Lobo - flat beach with fine sand, rocks and cliffs
  
• Quinta do Lago - long idyllic beach with dunes out in the lagoon
  
• Faro - Praia de Faro - stretching for many kilometres
  
• Isla de Tavira & Cabanas – necessitating a boat trip to get to beaches that stretch for kilometres. Well worth a visit.
