Las Razes provides an ideal peaceful location whether you are looking for a relaxing place to spend a night or two or somewhere to spend a couple of weeks holiday.

All bedrooms overlook the pool and allow you the privacy to come and go as you wish and to treat the garden and terraces as your own.
Each room opens onto a wide and shady balcony or floral terrace so you will never be short of a spot for quiet reading, the odd glass of wine or just to enjoy the scenery.

Facilities:

• each room is south facing and has an en-suite shower room
  
• there is a mixture of double (one of which has an adjoining bedroom with bunk beds) and twin rooms
  
• one of the twin rooms has space for a further single bed if required.
  
• for cooler months each room has an electric heater
  
• tea and coffee making facilities in bedrooms (where there are no children in the party).
  
  
• situated below the bedrooms is the heated 12 x 5 meter salt-water pool which provides an ideal focus for your holiday.
  (Pool heating in season - subject to suitable air temperatures)
  there is plenty of garden furniture, allowing you to enjoy fully this beautiful pool area
  

Continental breakfasts are included in the cost of your stay.

Guests can arrange to use a washing machine, plus, we have an iron and ironing board for your use.

Wifi access in lounge/dining room - free for guests who wish to travel with their laptops.

When available, the entire complex can be hired out as a 15 person self contained gite.

Situated in the Midi Pyrenees between the beautiful bastide villages of Lauzerte and Montaigu de Quercy, Las Razes (just outside the lovely small village of Touffailles) is an ideal base for visiting many local medieval villages, markets, regional attractions and vineyards.

There are always plenty of things to do at Las Razes.

• in our converted barn is a large dining/sitting room and games room that has been carefully restored and retains its old oak beams and stonewalls and has a log burning stove
  
• the sitting room has dvd/cd player, ¾ snooker table, dartboard, board games and an English library
  
• the TV receives all usual TV channels from the UK
  
• wireless internet connection is available - free for our guests.
  
• a table tennis table and bikes for guests to use
  
• local tennis court – giving guests free access to this facility (racquets and balls available to borrow)
  
• guests are welcome to walk in the woods and fields
