Accommodation   (Self Catering Farm Cottage, sleeps: 5)

Four ground floor holiday cottages, each sympathetically converted from the old farmyard outbuildings with views across a lawned courtyard and open fields.
Each can accommodate four people and a baby

Each Cottage has:

• Two bedrooms one with a double bed and one with twin beds and each with en-suite bath or shower room.
  Z bed is available for a fifth person
  
• Open plan living room/fully equipped kitchen area
  
• A restful lounge with Colour TV, DVD, Digibox, VCR, cassette radio plus broadband internet.
  
• Linen (duvets) & towels included (not for cot)
  
• Full central heating
  
• Own garden with garden furniture for sunbathing and alfresco eating
  
• Car parking is off-road and security lit, with space for at least two vehicles per cottage
  

Easy wheelchair access throughout with front door ramps and other aids for the elderly or disabled available plus a wheelchair can be hired.
Cottages and the games room are non-smoking.
We welcome a well-behaved dog into each cottage, by prior arrangement.

Located close to the tranquil village of Lympsham, the area is ideal for touring, walking and cycling.
In the village there is a shop and you can enjoy a pint and a game of skittles at the Pavilion while watching cricket.

The seaside resorts of Weston-super-Mare and Burnham-on-Sea, are approx. 5 miles away each with long golden sandy beaches and closeby you will find Stately homes and castles,as well as animal farms, helicopter museums, waterslides and donkey rides.

Activities and amenities include:

  plus books to borrow and dozens of tourist information brochures for planning excursions
  
• activity playground for children plus, in our meadow to the rear of the cottages guests are welcome to kick around a football, practise cricket or stroll around with their dog
