Accommodation (B&B + Self Catering Villa, sleeps: 10)

Villa Chapelet is a 19th century country house, entirely renovated in 2001.
It is available for Bed and Breakfast or Self Catering where you may rent the entire house.

each bedroom has free access to bathroom.
The pink room has a kingsize bed, wooden floor, persian rug, and a window to the south.
The view overlooks the vineyard and stretches accross the valley to the distant Mount Aurélien.
Desk, seats and shelves with a large choice of books make the pink room confortable and relaxing.
The blue room has 2 twin beds, and 2 windows facing West. Wooden flooring, dressing table and a small upholstered sofa.
This bathroom with bath/shower and toilets has exotic wooden flooring and a window with a view on the hill side of the property.

The long narrow shape of the cottage makes it ideal for a kingsize bed placed at one end.
Windows open to the south, with enchanting views over the pool flanked by immense pine trees.
Overlooks the swimming pool and has its own private terrace and flowerbeds planted with lavender.
The bathroom has a shower enclosure and ensuite toilets.
A window opens to the souh.

orange juice, plain natural yogurt served with castor sugar or homemade jam, fresh croissants, fresh bread, butter, tea, coffe or hot chocolate.

Kettle, mugs instant coffe and tea bags are at our guests disposal in bedrooms.
Bathrooms are provided with towels, hand towels, and pool towels, as well as hair dryer and shower gel.
Towels are changed as often as requested.
When guests are staying several days, bed linen is changed every 4 nights, with a complete cleaning service.

Master bedroom with kingsize bed (2m by 2m), two windows to the South and a smaller one to the East.
Ensuite bathroom is full of sunlight for morning shower. Private separate toilets.
The living room has french windows opening to the south terrace ; another window opens to the West.
Two triple seater sofas offer confortable seating.
TV, DVD player, HiFi stereo system available in the living room, while WIFI is everywhere in the house.
The kitchen is equiped with 4 gas burners, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and all necessary utencils, including a collection of cookery books.
The expandable dining table can seat up to 10 guests.
French window opens to the south terrace.

Locality (close to: Aix en Provence)

Villa Chapelet is located in the foothills of Sainte-Victoire Mountain, a natural and protected reserve. It is within walking distance of the village of Puyloubier and close to Aix en Provence.

It is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees cultivated by your hosts.
The property produces its own olive oil while the grapes are taken to the village winery for processing.
Olives are picked late Novembrer, early Decembrer. Pruning time is mid March.
You are welocme to visit at those times to learn about olive cultivation and processing.
We can also organise visits to nearby olive oil mills.

Enjoy your breakfast on a shady terrace during the long, hot summers.

A natural stone paving the terrace leads to the salt water pool which offers breathtaking views over the valley.

30% downpayment at reservation
