In an outhouse are a washing machine, tumble dryer and a deep freezer.

30 minutes drive from Knock Shrine, Croagh Patricks Holy Mountain and Fr. Peyton Centre in Attymass, Ceide Fields and Foxford Woolen Mills - all are well worth a visit
Several sandy beaches nearby such as Innischrone, Lacken and Ross
Close to the town is Beleek Wood where you might catch a glimpse of the Irish native red squirrel
In the town itself is a large indoor play area for children, swimming pools, gyms, outdoor tennis courts and a town park with well equipped childrens playground
The town has several hotels, restaurants, pubs and a multi cinema
River Moy salmon fishing plus lots of fishing lakes
