Swallows Nest offers three spacious bedrooms and is ideally suited to a party of six. For larger parties of eight, one of the bedrooms comes with four single beds and can comfortably accommodate four people with room to spare! A travel cot and high chair are also available for younger guests.

The accommodation at Swallows Nest comprises:

Ground floor:

• Entrance lobby: Generous lobby with plenty of hanging space for coats, hats and beach toys.
  
• Sitting room: Furnished with two comfy three seater sofas and two arm chairs for relaxing by the fire or chatting round the coffee table. Open log fire and slate hearth, colour TV/video, large coffee table and toy box.
  
• Dining room: Plenty of room for large family gatherings round a solid wood table that comfortably seats eight. There is an assortment of board games housed in a 1920's dresser for all ages to enjoy. French doors lead out on to the large timber deck and sunny rear garden.
  
• Kitchen: Well equipped for all catering needs with electric cooker, electric hob in granite work top, fridge and freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. All appliances are Bosch and the crockery and cutlery are of a very high standard.
  
• Bedroom 1: Twin room with two single beds and window that overlooks the garden. An over mattress is available to make the two single beds into a large king size double.
  
• Bathroom: The ground floor bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom with wash hand basin, bath and WC it has a slate vanity shelf and heated towel rail.
  
First Floor:

• Bedroom 2: Generous size well furnished double room with double bed under roof light - perfect for stargazing!
  
• Bedroom 3: Very large room with four single beds. The room is well furnished with plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space. From the two roof lights there are views across to fields and the castle.
  
• Bathroom: The first floor bathroom is great for families with large double ended bath and shower over, wash hand basin, WC, a slate vanity self and heated towel rail.
  
Outside:

• At the rear of the cottage there is a completely enclosed garden that benefits from a lovely large timber deck, great for sunbathing and entertaining alfresco. All outdoor furniture is provided.
  
• At the front of the cottage there are two areas of grass that are for the sole use of guests at Swallows nest. They offer plenty of space to play ball games, run around or enjoy picnics! There is a long drive adjacent to the cottage for off road parking for up to three cars.
