Our house is a fine 300 year old restored townhouse combining the quality and feel of a small hotel or village guest house.

The guest rooms have:

• their own roof terraces facing south to the mountains
  
• guests also have use of an enormous roof terrace at the top of the house
  
• the rooftop and mountain views from here are even more spectacular!
  
• each spacious guest room is comfortably furnished complete with it's own sitting area and superb en-suite shower room.

Set in the tranquil village of Montichelvo, surrounded by mountains just 20 minutes from Gandia with it’s beautiful blue flag beaches of the Costa Blanca and Costa Del Azahar (The Orange Blossom Coast) along the Mediterranean coastline.
A great combination of staying inland but also being close to the beach and the sea.

Centrally located in the church square giving very easy access to local bars, local shops and the swimming pool (which is open between June and September) is just 2 minutes walk away.

The beautiful historic city of Valencia is currently famous for Hosting the America's Cup and has just signed an agreement to hold the Formula 1 European Grand Prix 2008 in Valencia!

Valencia and Alicante airports are approximately an hour’s drive away – airport pickup or car hire details available if required.
